- Scope of Services: DesignFriend provides design services, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and branding services. Our services are intended for personal or business use.
- Payment: Payment for our services must be made in full prior to the start of any project. We accept payment solely through Stripe. If a payment is not received or is cancelled, we reserve the right to terminate the project and any associated deliverables.
- Intellectual Property: All designs and deliverables created by DesignFriend are the property of DesignFriend until payment has been received in full. Upon payment, the ownership of the designs and deliverables will be transferred to the client, with the exception of any stock images or graphics used in the design, which remain the property of their respective owners.
- Marketing: DesignFriend reserves the right to use any designs created for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and promotional materials.
- Confidentiality: DesignFriend will keep all information provided by the client, including ideas and concepts, confidential. We will not share this information with any third parties without the written consent of the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time, but the client will be required to pay for any work completed up to the point of termination. DesignFriend reserves the right to terminate the project if the client breaches any of the terms of this agreement.
- Governing Law: This agreement and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
